Baking fresh biscuits is super simple. You will need:
• 120g butter
• 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk.
TO MAKE
Preheat oven to 190*
In a bowl whisk cooled, melted butter, egg together.
Fold through dry ingredients with a spatula until just combined. Finish by pressing together gently with clean hands. If mix is a little dry add 1 tablespoon of water.
Shape into 12-15 cookies and bake for 12-14 minutes (or freeze and bake directly from the freezer for fresh biscuits ever day, adding a few extra baking minutes)
