Fine Belgian dark chocolate makes these gooey and soft straight from the oven, then dense and chewy as they cool down.

We use REAL couverture chocolate NOT compound chocolate - there is a difference. *Compound chocolate uses vegetable fats, such as coconut oil, soy, or palm kernel oil, in place of cocoa butter and contains more sugar.

Our premium pre-made mix gives you flexibility and control. Simply make up the dough, freeze pre-shaped biscuits and bake them whenever you need a boost! Plus, that means a warm chocolatey treat - every time.

Baking fresh biscuits is super simple. You will need:
• 120g butter
• 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk.
TO MAKE
Preheat oven to 180*
In a bowl whisk cooled, melted butter, egg together.
Fold through dry ingredients with a spatula until just combined. Finish by pressing together gently with clean hands. If mix is a little dry add 1 tablespoon of water.
Roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into balls and press flat onto baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Organic wheat flour, organic oats, organic raw sugar, Belgian dark chocolate callets 54.5%, brewer’s yeast, flaxseed, baking powder & sea salt.

Key Ingredients

Brewer's Yeast
Highly-digestible protein level with, key amino acids and chromium to support healthy milk supply.
